Spectracide® Weed & Grass Killer2 with the Flip & Go™ Sprayer is a non-selective weed and grass killer that kills down to the root. The quick-kill formula delivers visible results as fast as 3 hours. It’s formulated for spot treatment of weeds and grasses along fences, paths, patios, sidewalks, curbs and driveways and around established ornamental trees, shrubs, flower beds, plantings and buildings. Use for trimming and edging landscapes. This formula is rainproof in 15 minutes — rainfall or watering after 15 minutes won’t wash away effectiveness. Plant new flowers, trees and shrubs in the treated area after just 1 day. For best results, apply this ready-to-use spray during warm, sunny weather when the temperature is over 60 degrees. Do not allow people or pets to touch treated plants until the sprays have dried.

APPLICATION RESTRICTIONS

Do not apply this product in a way that will contact any person or pet, either directly or through drift. Only persons applying this product may be in the area during application. Do not mow, cut or otherwise disturb treated vegetation, weeds or plants for at least seven days following application. Do not use on or around edible feed or food crops.

How to Use

• Shake well before each use. Hold can upside down below waist level with nozzle pointed at the target weed.
• Press nozzle trigger and completely cover the foliage of the target vegetation. Do not overspray.*
• Sprayed plants begin yellowing and wilting in hours, with complete kill, including the roots, in 1 to 2 weeks.
• Protect desirable plants with a piece of plastic or cardboard.
• If desirable plants are accidentally sprayed, wash plants with water immediately.
• Do not mow, cut or otherwise disturb treated weeds for at least 7 days following application.
• Do not use on or around edible feed or food crops.

* If product does not exit the can as a single course stream of liquid that foams on contact (i.e. if a fine mist occurs), discontinue use and call your local waste agency for disposal instructions. 

When to Apply

• For best results, apply during warm, sunny weather (above 60ºF) when weeds are actively growing and no rain is forecast for 24 hours. Rainfall or watering 15 minutes after application will not wash away effectiveness.
• To avoid drift to desirable plants, apply when the air is calm.

CAUTION. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing.

FIRST AID: If on Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice. If in Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Have the product container with you when calling a Poison Control Center or doctor, or going for treatment.

Physical or Chemical Hazards

Contents under pressure. Do not use or store near heat or open flame. Exposure to temperatures above 130°F may cause bursting.

Environmental Hazards

This pesticide is toxic to aquatic invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area.
